How to use the e-catalogue
 
The e-catalogue has been divided into six sections: Medical, Science, Safety, Hygiene, Beauty and Stationery. To look at a section, simply click on the tab with the section name. The products pertaining to this section will appear on the screen. To view the products on screen, click the mouse on the product and a new document (a pdf) of these pages will appear. To view these pages, your computer must have Adobe Reader. If you do not have this program, you can download it free-of-charge at the bottom left corner of the main page. You can choose to save these pages for later use without needing to view the website again.
 
Pricing Information
 
For pricing information, simply click on the relevant department on the top of the screen (Healthcare, Childcare, Dental, etc). You can then log-in to the website with your existing user name and password. If you require a user name and password, simply register and you will be issued one immediately. Once you are logged in to the website, you can either type in the product code in the Product Search box or look for the product via the product categories available online. The product code will then appear with the pricing.
 
How to place an order
 
To place an online order, please follow the same process as pricing information. Once you click on the product code, a pop-up box with the product and purchase quantity will appear. You can then click on the Buy button to add the product to the shopping cart. Once you have completed your shopping, simply click the Shopping Cart button on the left hand side of the page. You can check out here to pay either by credit card, or to charge payment to your account (for registered practitioners).

Alternatively, you can download the order form to the left of this screen and fax or mail this form to the contact details listed below. Orders can also be placed with our friendly sales staff over the phone.
