Livingstone is ensuring direct access to critical medical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic as there is limited stock available in the market.
 
Recent cost pricing and import charges provided by our factories for face masks and PPE has increased significantly. Our pricing is a reflection on factory price increases, import fees, product availability and the falling AUD during this pandemic.
 
During the bushfire crisis and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we donated key supplies to the Australian Red Cross and introduced a Community Supply Program that provides face masks to vulnerable members of the community.
 
While we can't be certain how long this global shortage of face masks and PPE will continue, we are closely monitoring the situation. Our procurement team is working hard to source from factories around the world so that we can resume our normal trading practices as soon as possible.
 
As a socially responsible and Australian owned company, our goal is to serve the community and we understand that there is a shortage of quality face masks. Therefore, we are running our Community Supply Program (CSP) to provide our masks for free or at heavily subsidised prices to those who need them.

• An individual (not a company);
• Cannot afford or access face masks in your area; and
• Have a medical condition that requires the use of face masks
