Poren Lite

  • A non-adherent pad
  • Ideal as a primary or secondary dressing
  • Low absorbency
  • Can stay insitu for 1-2 days depending on the amount of exudate

Suitable For: Superficial abrasions, skin tears, or low-exuding wound


Poren

  • Adhesive border, non-adhesive pad in the centre
  • low-moderate absorbency
  • Can stay insitu for up to 3 days

Suitable For: Superficial grazes, small skin tears, and medium exuding wounds, great to keep on hand as your first go-to dressing


Nema Aqua

  • Water-resistant
  • Ideal as a primary dressing
  • Clear adhesive border, non-adherent pad in the centre
  • Can stay insitu for up to 3 days

Suitable for: Superficial scrapes and abrasions, over sutures or I.V sites that are unable to get wet


liv-foam

  • 3mm of thick, absorbent foam
  • Borderless or silicone border
  • Can stay insitu for up to 7 days depending on wound type and ooze
  • Silicone border – water resistant for moderate water exposure (light shower or rain)
  • Ideal for either primary or secondary dressing

Suitable for: Abrasions, skin tears, mild hyper-granulation, chronic wounds and people with fragile skin


Aqua Film

  • Waterproof dressing
  • Air permeable
  • Can stay insitu for 3-4 days depending on exposure
  • Secondary dressing

Suitable for: Ideal for securing IV sites eg cannulas or as a secondary dressing to assist in water resistance


Melior

  • Available as a roll or prepackaged dressings
  • Contains an absorbent thick fleece layer and a soft and conformable fabric
  • It can be a primary or secondary dressing, however, the dressing should be soaked off it used as a primary dressing
  • Can stay insitu for 1 day (high exuding wounds), up to 3 days (moderate exuding wounds)
  • For medium-heavy exudating wounds
  • Requires a secondary securing tape

Suitable for: Medium-heavy exudating wounds, large wounds or active low-level bleeding. Great for a range of wound locations


Calagin

  • Highly absorbent
  • Primary dressing
  • Maintains a moist wound-healing environment
  • Change dressing up to every 7 days, depending on the wound

Suitable for: Heavy exuding wounds, ideal for chronic wounds, natural antibacterial properties, suitable for all areas of the body


para-gauze

  • Protects new tissue during dressing changes
  • Assists in moisture regulation within the wound environment
  • Allows exudate to drain off the new tissue

Suitable For: Burns, skin tears, superficial abrasions or skin loss, suitable for all areas of the body
