What is the best way to tackle Incontinence?
Our products are the best way to control bladder and bowel issues, but there are other ways to relieve symptoms through self-treatment.
The perfect way to relieve symptoms is by doing the right exercises. Pelvic floor exercises relieve symptoms as they strengthen and squeeze the muscles within.
Cut down on caffeine and alcohol as coffee irritates the bladder and alcohol acts as a diuretic which makes you urinate more frequently.
Avoid spicy and acidic foods as they can also irritate the bladder
