- Waterproof dressing
- Air permeable
- Can stay insitu for 3-4 days depending on exposure

Suitable for: Ideal for securing IV sites eg cannulas or as a secondary dressing to assist in water resistance
Melior
- Available as a roll or prepackaged dressings
- Contains an absorbent thick fleece layer and a soft and conformable fabric
- It can be a primary or secondary dressing, however, the dressing should be soaked off it used as a primary dressing
- Can stay insitu for 1 day (high exuding wounds), up to 3 days (moderate exuding wounds)
- For medium-heavy exudating wounds
- Requires a secondary securing tape
