Anti-Spam Policy
Livingstone International Pty Ltd does not send, or allow anyone to send on its behalf, unsolicited commercial email. This policy explains how we use email and applies to every message that promotes Livingstone or livingstone.com.au.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Livingstone International, our employees, sales representatives, agents, distributors, affiliates and any third-party service provider who sends email on our behalf. Anyone who promotes Livingstone or our website by email must follow this policy. Breaches are treated seriously and may result in termination of the relationship.
Consent
We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003. We only send marketing email to people who have consented to receive it:
- Express consent: you have opted in, for example by subscribing on our website, ticking a box at checkout, or asking us to send you information.
- Inferred consent: such as where you have an existing business relationship with us and the email relates to that relationship.
Types of email we send
- Transactional emails about your account or orders, such as order confirmations, invoices, shipping and delivery updates.
- Marketing emails about products, promotions and offers
Every marketing email will:
- clearly identify Livingstone International as the sender and include our contact details
- include a working unsubscribe link
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us at compliance@livingstone.com.au. We will action your request within 5 working days. Once you unsubscribe, your address is added to our suppression list so you wonβt be re-added to marketing lists. You may still receive transactional emails relating to orders you place.
Reporting unsolicited email
If you receive an email promoting Livingstone or livingstone.com.au that you did not consent to, please forward it to compliance@livingstone.com.au.
